GENERAL: Standard front-loading gas fired dunk & spray batch washer with pneumatically operated vertical lift door. Main tank holds 1047 gallons and the oil skimmer tank holds 265 gallons. Tank is heated by two (2) Maxon series 67 Tube-O-Flame burners with Honeywell flame relays. Dog guide is 7-1/4” from center of guide to center of roller. A wheel type skimmer system is mounted at the rear of washer. Washer was previously used in a Surface Combustion Allcase line. Drawings are included with this washer.
CONTROLS: Mounted and wired in a NEMA 12 enclosure attached to the right side of the washer. All necessary pushbuttons and signal lights are mounted to the face of the enclosure door. All necessary motor starters, relays, ignition transformers etc. are included.
